This state-of-the-art facility combines Civil works, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures, Electrical installations, Fire Fighting systems, and Road works to create a robust infrastructure for efficient logistics operations.

SpiceJet Warehouse, Hyderabad. GMR proposed a project to address logistics needs, selecting KMV as the Executing Agency. They built a 40000 sqft single-floor area in the GMR Airport zone for SpiceJet's operations and equipment maintenance, along with office and utility buildings.

GMR Aero Plaza, proposed a project to build a passenger refreshment facility with KMV as the executing agency. The project aimed to offer a unique food and brewery experience outside the airport for travelers. The construction involved a PEB structure covering 40,000 sqft area.

GMR Safran Aircraft Engines, Hyderabad undertook a project to manufacture rotating parts for the LEAP engine, used in Airbus, Boeing, and COMAC aircraft. Colliers International was appointed as project consultant, with KMV as the executing agency. The project involved preparing 164,000 sq. ft. for aircraft engine spars, considering various loads for flooring and amenities. Additionally, a gabion wall was constructed as a compound wall.

Traffic and Transport Management Center Hassan, Karnataka. The bus bay was completely covered with sturdy trapezoidal galvalume sheets supported by a structural frame. Situated in a prime location with easy public access, the bus stand was an ideal spot for KSRTC commuters.

We developed cycle tracks and footpaths alongside drains, junctions, and BT roads. The cycle tracks were designed as exclusive bike lanes, separated from motor traffic and sidewalks. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) was established in Adilabad, Telangana, by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2008. It was the vision of former Chief Minister Dr. Y.S. Raja Shekar Reddy. The institute started operating on August 24, 2008, offering various medical services including general medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and more. To enhance its facilities, the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare initiated a project and appointed Hites as the project consultant, with KMV as the executing agency. The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare proposed a project to address healthcare needs, appointing HSCC (India) Ltd as consultants and KMV as the executing agency. The project, part of PMSSY, aimed to establish a new AIIMS, spanning 91,800 Sq. m. It included 11 buildings, including an OPD with 5 Specialty Operation Theatres, capable of serving 2000 patients daily.

All India Institute of Medical and Sciences (AIIMS), Mangalagiri. This project was part of the initiative by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in India. It involved constructing 11 buildings over an area of 94,506 square meters for a new AIIMS. These buildings included specialty operation theaters, an outpatient department (OPD), administrative blocks, academic blocks, nursing college, and residential buildings. HSCC (India) Ltd served as the project consultant, while KMV acted as the executing agency.

A top-notch government hospital, boasting 330 beds and 50 ICU units, was constructed in a prime spot. With 8 specialty departments, 7 operating theaters, and modern amenities like medical gas pipelines, it aimed to serve five districts. The facility also included an auditorium, exam and lecture halls, and a Cath lab, all achieving a GRIHA 3-star rating.

In the heart of the city, we constructed a state-of-the-art government hospital with 200 beds, including 90 advanced ICU beds spread across five floors. Equipped with modern amenities like five modular operation theaters, medical gas pipelines, and a cath lab, it served five districts with 30,000 outpatient visits and 3,200 inpatient stays annually. The hospital also boasted facilities like an auditorium, examination hall, and lecture hall, all designed for optimal patient care and medical education. Its GRIHA 3-star rating highlighted our commitment to sustainability and excellence in healthcare construction.

Located in the heart of Hyderabad's IT Hub, HEALTHWAY, inaugurated on October 1st, 2023, offers a dedicated space for people of all ages to engage in healthy activities round the clock. The 23km track, with 3 lanes for bikers to ride alongside each other, is covered with solar panels generating 16MW power while providing protection from harsh weather.

By constructing a Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) adorned with a unique Lotus-shaped roof, structural glazing, and ACP false ceiling, alongside an Air Traffic Control (ATC) Building rising to 8 floors with circular glazing on the top levels, we aim to enhance tourism in Shivamogga. These facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art interior furniture, MEP works, and airport equipment, not only elevate the traveler experience but also streamline export processes for high-quality areca nut.

In our latest project, we've constructed G+2 residential blocks comprising 18 families in B1, B2, B3 type, 30 families in C1-C5, and 12 families in D1 & D2. We've also built internal roads, water drains, compound walls, and amenity buildings like schools, community centers, guest houses, and shopping complexes to enhance the neighborhood's livability.

GMR proposed a high-end aviation education institute to meet the needs of aircraft engineers. They appointed CBRE as the project consultant, with KMV as the executing agency. The college, spanning 64,000 sq ft, will house 150 students and feature a Cessna aircraft, workshops, and academic blocks.

The R&B Building, a multi-story main block with approximately 2.76 lac sqft, was efficiently constructed using pre-cast methods, reducing both time and labor costs. Additionally, the building features MLCP and utilizes solar energy for its electricity needs. This project, initiated by the Roads and Buildings department of Andhra Pradesh, was executed by KMV, aiming to address infrastructure needs effectively.

The Ministry of Education initiated a project through KMV to enhance the infrastructure of SPA Vijayawada, a renowned institute offering education in planning and architecture. Spanning 10 acres, the project includes academic, administrative, residential, and dining facilities totaling 24,000 sqm. The institute, recognized for its excellence in education and research, aims to further foster innovation and creativity in the field.

This project, part of the PMSSY initiative, aimed to establish a new AIIMS in India.
